Return Policy

To hold one week rental full deposit All rentals over a week to hold must present 1/2 of total lease amount. Will refund 85% on deposit and or total lease amount only when dates re-rent. No refunds on cancelations four weeks prior to actual reserved rental dates Renters who have been renting two years or more with Sargent's will maintain verbal hold on property until January 1 of the New Year with first refusal on the same dates if approved for rental the following year.
